Orthodontic Assistant Permit Program
This program is designed for students who have some experience in a dental facility, whether it be front or back office.
1. Determine your payment option. If you need assistance determining which payment option is best for you, please call to discuss at 951-465-7370.
2. Print & fill out the application. If you do not have access to a printer, please call us and we will mail one to you with return postage included. You may also complete the application on your first day of class. Return the application via:

4. Place your deposit by visiting the web page here or calling 951-465-7370 to place deposit over the phone. Your seat is not reserved until a deposit has been placed.
Orthodontic Dental Assistant Program
This program is designed for students who want to enter the dental field with no experience.
1. Schedule an Admissions Tour. During this tour, we will introduce you to our facility and learning areas where you will spend most of your time during the program. We will also sit down and review the program policies and spend time with you determining which payment option fits your needs best. All enrollment paperwork will be provided during this tour.

2. You can place your deposit in person, by visiting the web page here or calling 951-465-7370 to place deposit over the phone. Your seat is not reserved until a deposit has been placed. Do NOT reserve a seat without speaking with a representative first! Visit the office by appointment only.
PAYMENT POLICY:
DEPOSIT: Non-refundable. Only transferrable to a future session and an additional deposit is required. You must notify us at least 7 days before the first day of class to be eligible for a deposit transfer. A no-show or cancellation within 7 days of the first day of class results in a forfeit of the deposit.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: Payment is considered late 3 days after the agreed due date. Late payments are subject to a $20.00 fee applied every 7 days until payment is made. Accounts will be closed after 3 months of non-payment. A reinstatement fee of $250.00 will be applied to continue payments after account has been closed.
